Leica Confocal Microscope

The confocal microscope is used for fluorescent imaging of cell cultures and thin tissue samples with high resolution in the z-axis. The imaging software enables specialized imaging functions such as tilescan, mark-and-find, z-stack, and timelapse imaging.
