Overview:
The imaging cytometer can accept any standard sized plate (6 to 96 wells). Measures both absorbence and fluorescence. Can be fully automated via the software on associated computer. Utilized for cell counts (fluroescence), absorbance assays (ELISA), and live cell imaging.
Features:
- Fluorescence colours are; Green 541/108 nm and Red 713/123 nm
- Absorbance range of 230-1000nm
- Runs on the SoftPro Max6 software package.
